Market entry for new products and services is increasingly geographically specific. Demographic trends can play a role, but so do psychographic, governmental, and even spatial factors. More ambitious collaborations - such as public-private partnerships - require even more complex evaluations, such as accounting for municipal bond ratings or governmental tenure.
In collaboration with Urban Standards, we developed an opportunity assessment tool that allows the creation of custom composite scores and ranking filters to surgically identify the cities and counties which are a perfect match for new ventures.
